Rules & Verification

Levi’s Loop may be attempted solo unsupported, solo supported or as a relay team. Riders are free to choose their own route, start time and strategy provided all mandatory checkpoints are completed within the 24-hour time limit. Drafting and support riders are permitted, however motor pacing is strictly prohibited. Riders are responsible for their own safety, navigation, equipment and compliance with the Highway Code throughout the attempt.

To preserve the integrity and spirit of the challenge, all attempts must be registered in advance. Before starting, riders must submit their planned start date and time, intended route or GPX file, and their category of attempt. This allows attempts to be officially recorded and helps maintain a verified history of completions as Levi’s Loop grows.

To verify a successful completion, riders must submit a complete GPX recording of their ride showing the full route, start and finish times, and all mandatory checkpoints visited within the 24-hour limit. A public Strava activity link is acceptable in place of a GPX upload. Riders must also provide the details of at least one witness who can independently confirm the attempt was completed successfully and within the rules. Witnesses may include support crew, support riders, relay teammates, friends or family present at the finish, or other riders encountered during the challenge.

Verified completions will be added to the official Levi’s Loop completion list along with the rider’s name, attempt category, completion time, date of completion and GPX or Strava link if available.
